I can’t see enough good things about Property Medics. They were referenced to me by my plumber, and they showed up the very same day – fast, responsive, and ready to help. From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful of my home, and incredibly thorough. Jacob Dasher is an experienced, high qualified project manager, and it showed in every step of the process. He explained what needed to happen, answered all my questions, and made sure the work was done the right way. If you need water, mitigation, I highly recommend Property Medics – you’ll be an excellent hands.

After our hot water tank sprang a leak, flooding our basement, a plumber came to take care of the tank problem. Prior to leaving, he recommended that we call Property Medics to check out the water damage to our carpet, floors, and walls and to head off mold. Best thing we could have done. Property Medics came promptly and assessed the situation. They removed our baseboards and set up numerous big fans. Each day someone came to our house to check out the drying process, and every day they took the time to explain where we were in this process. When everything was dry and the fans were removed, workers came to replace the baseboards. Working with the crew under the leadership of Jacob, Lorrin, and Jorge was an excellent experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who has been flooded contact Property Medics.

It's not every day that you have the misfortune of a pipe break(thank Goodness) but when you do Property Medics of Georgia should be your Top company to consider when finding someone to restore your business or home. Jason Finck was our project Manager. You will never find a better person to work with. Jason goes out of his way to be sure you know everything about the project. Jason understands how people feel when going through this process and assures you that you will be taken care of. Jason not only makes sure things get done but makes sure they get done right. Jacob from Property Medics arrived promptly & was able to show us the extent of the moisture from a recent leak. It was far more than we expected. He did a great job of explaining how the water likely traveled & what remediation should take place. Jacob was personable, knowledgeable, & efficient. While I hope to never have to see him again, I'm happy to refer him to anyone who is unfortunate enough to have water damage!

We had a water leak inside our home that came through the fireplace. Property Medics Restoration company did a fantastic job of placing a dehumidifier unit to dry out the moisture. We had the dehumidifier unit for seven days and they sent Tyler to check the area and remove the dehumidifier unit. Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable about checking the dehumidifier unit. He removed the covering, check for moisture, and the indicator shows the house was dry from the water leak. He politely asked if I wanted the ceiling to be covered, and I told him yes, and he covered the opening in the ceiling and used the shop vacuum to remove some installation that was on the floor. He has a great customer service personality of friendliness and ensuring he does a great job for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Tyler for the Property Medics Restoration company.
